Paul McGill - President

Paul has spent the past thirty years in advisory and investment banking. Virtually his entire career has focused on the lending sector through M&A activities, designing institutional lending programs and the development and management of structured finance projects. Prior to forming NorthBrook in June 2001, Paul spent 9 years with Newcourt/CIT as VP & Director, Acquisitions, as well as managing an e-commerce venture capital fund investing in web-based lending applications.

Selected lending sector assignments include:

• Numerous U.S. and Canadian M&A transactions
• Creation of one of the largest national auto leasing companies in Canada
• Management of institutionally funded resident mortgage fund
• Advisory to foreign bank in the sale of a North American based finance business
• Managing acquisition assignments for a wide range of distressed loan, lease and mortgage portfolios
• Advisory to government loan programs
